This location had an amazing view of the ocean right from the deck overlooking the beach. Beach access was quick and easy. There are great restaurants a short drive away by the harbor walk. The room was very clean and had plenty of supplies stocked up. Julie was very friendly, responsive, and accommodating to have us make the most of our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

celebrated my birthday weekend with a few friends this past weekend, let me just say this place it so clean, welcoming & comfortable as described ! the view is way more beautiful in person seriously, great hosts. Simple instructions, easy to communicate with, checking in was a breeze quick & simple. came with beach chairs, wagon, & so much more will definitely be booking again thanks ! 😊

Julie’s place was incredible! We loved the view, balcony, and kitchen. Complex was spotless and pools and hot tub were steps away. Loved the proximity to restaurants, stores, and beach. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

We had the best time staying at this condo in Destin! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Julie was an incredible host—so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Anytime we had a question, she answered right away and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell she cares about her guests and goes out of her way to make your stay special. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. It felt like home the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—close to the beach and great places to eat, but still peaceful and relaxing. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the sunsets in the evenings. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Thank you, Julie, for making our trip so wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!

Destin has become our personal favorite place to visit! Julie is a great host and we had a wonderful stay! She even blessed us with a few unexpected welcome gifts! Only slight downside was the memory foam topper on the bed. Those aren’t for everyone and it was a little too squishy for my husband’s back. But overall, loved it and would book with Julie again.

Julie was the best host we’ve ever had. I have stayed in many places and several I haven’t even taken the time to do a review because I would never go back. We will be back to Julie’s place. I can’t say enough: she provides basics like TP and paper towels, the only thing you have to do when you check out is start the dishwasher, nothing else. There are spices, there was a goodie basket upon our arrival. This is absolutely the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at comfortable bed & pillows, comfortable furniture. Loved the rocking high top chairs on the balcony ❤️. Julie has a whole beach set up, wagon, chairs, cooler, umbrella, if you have kids, I saw sand toys. This place is decorated beautifully, love the fans and light fixtures. The shower off the bedroom is amazing. There is a regular coffee maker & a Keurig. Julie provides the coffee filters for the coffee pot, which is amazing. I know there is more than I’m forgetting, but it’s truly an amazing place & an amazing host. Thank you

The moment we walked in, the unit was beautiful and inviting! Everything looked up to date and clean!! It had everything we needed and extra! The host made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly! The view of the ocean was breathtaking! Overall, a great experience and would stay again!

My husband and I stayed at this location for 7 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The place was extremely clean, homey, and even had some plants (as a plant mom this was very comforting). The room had a perfect view of the ocean! We will definitely book this room again for an anniversary since it was so nice and special. Julie is very fast to respond if any issues arise. Overall, our experience was amazing and we would recommend this to anyone interested in staying in Destin, FL on the water!!

Julie’s place was awesome and had everything we needed. The beach accessories, books, and games were a bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and very comfortable. Julie was a great host and very accommodating. Loved it!
