1109 is a spectacular unit that overlooks the Gulf. My wife and I love having our morning coffee watching the dolphins play in the surf. We also love to walk the pristine beach and enjoy the very unique and beautiful sunsets. You will immediately notice how immaculately clean 1109 is when entering. The unit is truly welcoming and comfortable throughout. It has many updates and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your entire stay. More importantly, Julie is the real definition of “Super Host”! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied during your visit. She has the sincere desire to ensure that you enjoy everything unit 1109 and Pelican Beach has to offer. We have stayed in 1109 for several years now and we plan to stay many more…☺️☺️

Our stay in Destin was absolutely fantastic! Julie was a very responsive and wonderful host! The central location of the condo made this a perfect spot to do a quick get-away for a weekend. We loved being able to sit out on the balcony with our morning coffee and a bottle of wine at night. With direct and easy access to the beach, it was the perfect location.

We had an amazing stay! The location truly couldn’t be better, stunning ocean views right from the living room and balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was the highlight of our trip. The condo itself was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the beach chairs/wagon and clear communication from Julie. The area felt safe and peaceful, yet was still close to restaurants and activities. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this spot is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

We had a fantastic stay. The Airbnb was exactly like the pictures. The ocean front view was beautiful and my kids loved the pools. We rented an umbrella/chairs set early and enjoyed using those. We even spotted quite a few dolphins pretty close to shore. We had an amazing time and would definitely come again.

My wife and I had a terrific stay over a long weekend. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s and VRBOs over the years and Julie is as good as it gets as a host. The condo was exactly as advertised, and it felt brand new inside. The one thing that stood out to me about the condo, probably because it’s different than most, is how quiet it was. We never heard any noise from our neighbors. Granted it is not high season but it was still fairly crowded because it was the first weekend all the amenities were available. The tiki bar was convenient - they even had a waitress serving on the beach. We would definitely come back.

Julie was a wonderful host with outstanding communication! Always responsive and very helpful! A beautiful place, very clean and very well stocked. Plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, cleaning supplies. We appreciated her attention to detail. The place was just like the pictures! Highly recommend!!!!

This was a Great place! Provided most things others don’t provide! Trash bags, dishwashing tabs and there was even laundry tabs under the sink! Gave us a whole list of ideas of things to do! The view is breathtaking! One of the remotes to the tv wasn’t working and she had it sent the very next morning and even add coffee creamer and things to the order! Very thoughtful guest! Very responsive and even checked in several times to make sure all was good and we were enjoying our time! Felt more like a friend than a host! Would stay her again!

The View & Location You truly cannot beat this location! Being right on the water made our trip. We spent every morning on the balcony with coffee, watching the emerald water and listening to the waves. Access to the beach was seamless—just a few steps and your toes are in the sand.
