Cannot get any closer to the beach than this unit • Sophisticated 1‑bedroom, 2‑bath layout accommodating up to 6 guests (6 adults will be tight, adults with kids are more comfortable • Master bedroom with a luxurious king bed • Hallway alcove with (2) custom built‑in bunk beds with own TV’s • Living room with a premium queen sleeper sofa • Newly renovated, open‑concept design with high‑end finishes • Fully stocked kitchen featuring bar seating and modern appliances • Private balcony showcasing sweeping, unobstructed Gulf views • Balcony has comfortable, smooth gliders • Located near the elevators for added convenience but may be noisy from foot traffic at times • 867 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space • Although there is a washer/dryer in the unit, it is one of those wash to dry within the same cycle. It has a ventless dryer so it does not completely dry. It is very small and only capable of doing very small loads. Each load will take about 4 hours to run. Coin-operated washer and dryer for medium or large loads are also available on each floor.

A $600 CLEANING FEE APPLIES IF VIOLATED • Rates are non-negotiable • Weather‑related refunds issued or postponed reservation based on availability only for named hurricanes with official evacuation orders • Destin will have frequent rainstorms or afternoon showers, we DO NOT REFUND OR POSTPONE DUE TO RAIN EVENTS • This unit is 867 sq ft. 6 adults will be tight. A family of 6 with kids will be comfortable at this unit. • Plush towels provided: 6 large, 6 medium & 6 face towels • Beach towels not provided • Laundry detergents or pods are not provided • Check out is at 10am; check in is at 4pm, although I always try to get my guests in earlier at no additional charge • We do have multiple units at this resort. If the dates you need are unavailable at this listing, contact me and I can check for availability for you. Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed at. Julie was on point just like her property was. Spectacular views and outstanding cleanliness. We barely left the property because we had everything we needed at her place. 10/10

We had a fantastic stay. The Airbnb was exactly like the pictures. The ocean front view was beautiful and my kids loved the pools. We rented an umbrella/chairs set early and enjoyed using those. We even spotted quite a few dolphins pretty close to shore. We had an amazing time and would definitely come again.

The beach view was beautiful, and the location made the trip even more special. We never wanted it to end. The space was spotless, comfortable, and very well kept. Julie was an amazing host—super helpful, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

Destin and 30a have been on my bucket list. It didn’t disappoint and mainly because of Julie and her beautiful home. Couldn’t wait to wake up and have coffee on the balcony staring at the water and listening to the waves. A MUST STAY. Can’t wait to go back and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great location!!!!!! Beautiful place to stay. Julie answered any questions we had very quickly. Condo was ready a little earlier so we were able to get checked in early. Julie also left a list of recommendations on restaurants. We tried several we had not been to previously and each one was great. Thank you for a great Destin trip

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing stay in Destin and can’t say enough great things about our host, Julie. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We experienced a WiFi issue during our stay that was resort-wide and not Julie’s fault at all, yet she immediately stepped in with a solution and even offered her other property so we could still relax and enjoy our evening. We went over, watched a movie, and it was a great chance to see how beautiful both of her properties are (I think she has 6 in this building). Although the building is older (late 90s) and some units can feel dated, Julie’s are the complete opposite—immaculate, tasteful, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail is intentional and the condo feels elevated, fresh, and welcoming. We’re very grateful and would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Julie!

Julie’s place was outstanding. The pics are exactly what you get, which means amazing ocean views and a very nice and clean place inside. I also appreciated all the value ads that Julie did- having all the TV apps signed in to her own account, a goodie basket of treats upon arrival and an abundance of coffee pods. Julie treats hosting like other hosts should. She’s proactive with communication, responsive and treats her customers extremely well. A true hospitality host.
