Pelican Beach Resort 1002 is a newly renovated 1-bedroom condo with stunning Gulf of Mexico views from your private balcony, an open-concept living area, and comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests The fully equipped kitchen is designed with a bar that overlooks the living area for entertaining or enjoying a casual meal.
Good to know
Located on the 10th floor, sleeping arrangements include 1 king bed in the bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the hallway, and 1 queen pullout in the living room. Living room has a large 75" smart tv & the bedroom has an even larger tv at 85". Although there is a washer/dryer in the unit, it is one of those wash to dry within the cycle. It has a ventless dryer so it does not completely dry. It is very small and only capable of doing very small loads. Each load will take about 4 hours to run. Coin-operated washer and dryer for medium or large loads are also available on each floor. Pelican Beach is an extremely popular resort. The beach may be crowded during peak season.

5% discount is available for weekly bookings and another 3% for early bird bookings at 13 months out. 24-hour security is provide at this gated resort. We do not provide a refund or cancellation due to rain events unless of a named hurricane. There are plenty of covered and uncovered free parking. You may also bring your boat or RV and park at the uncovered parking area. This is a brand new listing. For review purposes, please see the reviews from my other listings. I really try to take care of all of my guests. The onsite amenities include climate-controlled indoor/outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, covered parking garage, tennis courts, outdoor gas grills, cafe', hot tub & Tiki Bar where you can enjoy refreshing drinks by the pool or on the beach. Also, since Pelican Beach Resort is a very popular destination, the beach does get crowded seasonally. For a better beach experience, please reserve your beach service early at La Dolce Vita Beach Service. I do have two reclining beach chairs and an umbrella that anyone is free to use and they are found in the owner's closet if you don't want to rent. This unit is located close to the elevators. I provide garbage bags, dishwash pods, toilet paper & paper towels so few less things you need to worry about bringing. There are EV chargers available in the parking lot. We have multiple units at Pelican Beach Resort that are located steps from each other to accommodate bigger parties, based on availability. If this unit does not have the availability you are looking for, please contact me for additional availability at any of our other completely renovated Pelican units. Important NOTICE: At least one person 25 years of age is required for check-in and NO PETS. HOA does not allow for pets. If a pet is found afterwards, $500 cleaning fee will be imposed. This unit is 867 sq ft. 6 adults will be tight. A family of 6 with kids will be comfortable at this unit.
